Q: How much do you charge, and how do I arrange for service?

We can set an appointment for an in-home estimate or can provide an estimate over the telephone. All rooms being cleaned will be reviewed and estimated for cost. Insurance overages will be discussed and a copy of the declaration page given if requested.

Q: What if I only want a one time cleaning?

We are happy to do a one time cleaning. For a party, or special event, call us for an appointment.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the job?

Call the office immediately. If something is missed or not done to your satisfaction, we will either note your record so it is taken care of on the next visit, or we will re-visit your home the next day.

Q: Can I trust the employees you send to my home?

We conduct an extensive background check on all employees. All staff is insured and bonded. Our employees understand the seriousness of being in your home and treat your home with the greatest respect.

Q: What happens to an employee who gets injured in my home?

We are a legal cleaning service, and all employees are covered by Workers' Compensation insurance. State law requires anyone performing work in your home to be covered by workers compensation insurance. You are not covered under your home owners insurance policy. Be sure to check this with any service that you allow into your home.

Q: How safe is it to give you a key to my home?

We will protect your security. Your key is locked up at night. It is identified by a number. Names and addresses are never used. Should we lose your key, we will change your locks at our expense. Each key given out is signed out and signed back in.

Q: Do you provide your own cleaning supplies?

Yes including the vacuums. All cleaning products are environmentally and user friendly safe. Vacuum bags are hypoallergenic.

Q: How many cleaners come to my home?

In most cases, one, unless otherwise requested. We believe that having one person in the home improves the knowledge of what is required and the quality of the work.

Q: Do you always send the same person?

That is our goal. Illness, vacations, etc, may require us to send a substitute. Please keep in mind that the quality of work is guaranteed and we will show up on the day that you request.

Q: Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our customers work or don't have the time to stay at home. Most customers supply us with a key or notify us of other methods of entry.

Q: What happens if something is broken by your employee?

We are very careful when in your home. In the unlikely event that we break anything, the cleaner will leave the broken item behind with a note to contact the office immediately. We will be happy to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. We are fully insured for any damage or breakage with our General Liability Insurance Policy.
